Swim Team Registration Information
Registration Dates:
- Registration opens: ASAP! As soon as the AFC dues info is distributed
- Registration closes: June 21st
Registration Process:
- AFC Main Site Registration: All swimmers must first register and pay dues on the AFC Main Site.
- Swimtopia Verification: After completing registration on the AFC Main Site, please review your information in Swimtopia to ensure accuracy. You must complete the Swimtopia registration, otherwise your swimmers will not be listed on the roster.
- Required Documents: Dues, fees, and signed waivers must be submitted before a swimmer can participate in practices.
Registration Fees:
- AFC Membership Certificate and Full Summer Rental Holders:
- First swimmer: $180
- Second swimmer: $165
- Third and each additional swimmer: $150
- August-only members: Fees vary. Please contact [email protected] for details.
Refund Policy:
- A $25 administrative fee per family will be deducted from all refunds.
- Refund Schedule:
- Prior to June 12th (before Time Trials): 100% refund
- June 13th - June 19th (before first A Meet): 50% refund (100% for Mini Tigers and medical exemptions*)
- June 20th and after: No refund (100% for Mini Tigers and medical exemptions*)
- After July 1st: No refunds for any reason.
*Medical exemptions require supporting documentation.
Membership Requirement:
- All swim team members must be members in good standing of the Arlington Forest Swim and Tennis Club.
- Pool membership will be verified with the Pool Board. This is a requirement of the NVSL.
